The device is an EMI (electromagnetic Interference) and EMR (electromagnetic radiation) detection tool used for human assessment  of their exposure to high power radio transmission tower workers, manufacturers of electromagnetic device where workers in such areas may be prone to be exposed to dangerous levels of radio frequency.    The process of how the instrument works is where radio frequency energy impacts the person from within and or from the environment and will then have that energy measured as to the level of milliamp current present for the frequencies the device is designed to detect. The circular part that wraps around the body part becomes inducted by all the radio frequency energy as well as milliamp electrical current and then transducers detect that energy and translates it to be decipherable in digital format and held in memory for data retrieval. The circular band is composed of special alloys that magnetically saturate from radio frequency occurring inside the body, allowing the determination of the energy within the body from the various frequencies that the bandwidth covers.    Many people have asked why they should be tested. After all the test will not shield them from the attacks or tell them specifically what frequencies they are being attacked with. I have talked with approximately a thousand victims. I believe there to be millions more and millions who have died from the attacks without their ever knowing they were victims of electronic attack.  

   Those whom I have talked to including myself really believed that they were victims of  implants and or directed energy, but how many of those that claim they are victims are mentally unbalanced and not really under electronic attack.

   It should be noted that despite the fact that the MD-SPEC alone cannot tell exactly what frequencies correlate with the attack energy it can be ordered with a  (SMA) connector that can link it to a spectrum analyzer to observe which frequencies appear to be causing the milliamp readings. SMA connector additional cost is $899. The MD-SPEC does not come with a spectrum analyzer. As well a spectrum analyzer cannot read the human body as the MD-SPEC can.  

   As a fact the MD-Spec can narrow the issue of what frequency is responsible for the attacks with through observation of approximately a week without the benefit or need of a spectrum analyzer, due to its being able to be adjusted for accuracy of the bandwidth covered.
